About the Role
A spinning machine operator is responsible for operating and maintaining spinning machines to produce high-quality yarns and fibers. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
· Set up, operate, and monitor spinning machines to ensure efficient production.
· Load raw materials onto machines and adjust settings according to specifications.
· Inspect products for quality and make necessary adjustments to machine settings.
· Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the spinning process.
· Record production data and maintain accurate logs of machine performance.
· Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Proven experience as a spinning machine operator or similar role.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
· Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring devices.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
