About the Role
A mechanic technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
· Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on equipment.
· Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
· Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and determine the best course of action.
· Replace or repair faulty parts and components.
· Test equipment to ensure proper functioning after repairs.
· Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
· Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
· Communicate effectively with team members and customers about repair status and recommendations.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a mechanic technician.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
· Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
