About the Role
A Load Builder is responsible for pulling customer orders and assembling and preparing loads for delivery. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assemble load packages for delivery and customers.
· Load and unload materials, ensuring quick and accurate selection of orders.
· Inspect loads to ensure they are accurate, of good quality, and well-secured.
· Maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
· Communicate with team members about product and delivery status.
· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
· Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Requirements
· Proven experience in a similar role.
· Ability to consistently lift heavy objects (at least 60 lbs).
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Good physical condition and stamina.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
· Familiarity with inventory management systems.
· Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
