About the Role

An administrative assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

· Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents.

· Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

· Order office supplies and manage inventory.

· Provide general support to visitors and clients.

· Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

· Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook).

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
